Refund policy
1. Your package arrived in bad condition
In case your package arrived damaged, Casa Pipa will take care of the return of your order.
Make your return request online by sending an e-mail to selma@casa-pipa.com or by using the contact form on the Contact page. Add pictures of the defective products to your message.
Our customer service will get back to you within 24 hours and will tell you how to send the package back.
You will be able to choose to receive the product(s) ordered again, or to be refunded.
2. Your order does not suit you
You have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to return it for exchange or refund if it does not suit you.
As in the first case, please make your return request online by sending an e-mail to selma@casa-pipa.com or by using the contact form on the Contact page.
Our customer service will get back to you within 24 hours and will tell you how to return the package.
Please note that in this case, the return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts the entirety of these general conditions of sale.
Once the goods have been returned and the condition of the order has been verified, we will proceed to refund the products within ten working days.

3. Wait for the refund
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original payment method excluding non-refundable shipping charges as soon as possible. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within this time frame, please feel free to contact selma@casa-pipa.com.
