The craftsman

Placas Esmaltadas is a workshop specializing in the creation of enamel pieces.

The workshop was created in 1992 near Porto, in the city of Matosinhos. Today it is Luís Filipe, the son of the founder, who is in charge of this workshop where the love of enameling is felt as soon as you walk through the door.

A company on a human scale, where the small team shapes everything by hand, delights in the artistic challenges launched by their customers, and is delighted to be the last on the Iberian Peninsula to work the enamel by hand.
