Olive bowl made and painted by hand in a traditional olaria (pottery workshop), located in the Portuguese region of Alentejo. 

The tableware from the Azulejo collection is inspired by the ancestral art of hand-painted ceramic tiles. This arabic floral pattern will warm your tables and your hearts.

The Azulejo olive bowl will be your perfect ally for your aperitifs. With its two separate spaces, for olives and pits, it is both beautiful and practical.

The craftsman

This range of products was designed in the eastern part of Portugal, the Alentejo. It is in this region steeped in tradition and love for ceramics that this traditional Portuguese Olaria was created more than 20 years ago. They wanted to combine the ancient techniques of working with clay by hand on a potter's wheel, with contemporary and colorful designs. With the aim of offering high quality ceramic products, Diana and Mafalda have developed their brand within the family business which has been manufacturing decorative and utilitarian ceramics for over 20 years.
All products are handcrafted and painted using age-old techniques, by the experienced hands of local artisans. This work perfectly reflects the Portuguese culture and way of life.

All of our artisans apply ethical production practices and ensure sustainable and environmentally friendly manufacturing throughout the creative process.
